Approximately 270 standard-size comic postcards (see 1st photo) by various publishers, including Pedro (see 2nd photo), around 95 by Taylor and Fitzpatrick (3rd photo). Others are by Troy, Flip, Dudley and other artists. Please note there are some duplicates. Most of the cards are in very good condition, but two or three have creasing – and a number have four numbers written in biro on the front where they were probably part of a postcard salesman’s accounting system – as the lot includes a booklet of some 43 Pedro postcards which are holed and sample cards for retailers to view. There are also a small number of other postcards and photos, several showing Dawlish views.
