TWO NINETEENTH CENTURY MOULDED PRATT WARE POTTERY JUGS, one of footed form with scroll handle, painted in the usual palette with matching portraits to either side, above a moulded girdle and set between floral borders, 5 ¾” (14.6cm) high, the other of oval form with scroll handle, painted in the usual palette with the Mischievous Sport and Sportive Innocence pattern in two heart shaped panels and set between acanthus and stylised floral borders, 5 ¾” (14.6cm) high, both unmarked, (2)
C/R- first jug-small chip to footrim, hairline to the base, usual crazing, otherwise good, the second jug- RESTORED-spout, handle, rim chip, hairline to the rim, minor rim nibbles and chips to the footrim
