A 22 bore military style flintlock holster pistol, c 1730, 19" overall, half octagonal barrel 13", with worn London proofs, flat slightly banana shaped lock with 3 side nails, and unbridled frizzen, signed "BUMFORD" (1720-1776), the fore end cut down and ramrod ring attached to the barrel, with domed brass butt cap and long flat side plate.
