AN ANTIQUE ITALIAN MAIOLICA URBINO/DERUTA FIGURAL SALT CELLAR, ATTRIBUTED TO PATANZZI'S FAMILY, 1570 - 1600
The centrepiece modelled as two naive seated figures holding salt bowls, surrounded by three grotesque masks, polychrome painted with an elaborate Renaissance design foliate scrolls, in shades of dark blue, green and orange lustre.

Condition: damages and restorations to one figure, some small hairlines and chips to body glazes - as seen
