Antique Early 19th Century Telescopic Salmon Gaff. c.1820.s Having a Brass Shaft That Conceals the Extending Steel Hook with a Folding Hinged Brass Arm to Contain the Pointed End When Not In Use, The Ribbed Turned and Tapper Handle Is Made of Lignum Vitae, Having a Shaped Circular Milled Pommel with Hole and Split Ring to Hang It Up. Excellent Usable Condition, Handle Excellent Rich Colour and Patination. Length 16 Inches - 40.5 cms Closed, 27.5 Inches - 70 cms Extended.
