A 19th century medium oak and mahogany cased 8-day striking longcase clock by John Bishop of Sherbourne, the hood with scrolled pediment and gilt brass roundels, above a hand-painted arched dial with subsidiary second dial and date aperture, flanked by plain pilasters, the trunk with mahogany frieze and quarter columns, on a stepped plinth base. Includes both weights and brass bound pendulum. Dial measures 12”. Total height 6’11” (210cm).
H210cm W47cm D24cm (approx).
Condition report: No issues. The clock appears to have been restored.
