The shank is engraved 1.75 but I don't believe this number is connected to diamond content in this instance. The vendor gave a known total weight of 1.14 and when measuring them on a gauge the centre three look to be approx 0.25cts each and outer stones approx 0.20cts each which equates.
In my opinion the stones are H/I SI2 and piqué
