28th Foot (North Gloucester) Crimean War Victorian Albert Shako plate and back badge circa 1838-55. Good scarce die-stamped brass crowned narrow sprays of oak and laurel, 28 on a lined ground. Reverse retains both original lead soldered iron loops. Crown strengthened otherwise GC .... together with rope bordered die-stamped 28th back badge with old replacement loops. (2 item)
