A Chinese sang-de-boeuf glazed and He Xiangu enamelled vase, 19th century, the slender trumpet shaped neck above an angular body, enamelled in fencai colours with the figure of He Xiangu and a crane, 29.5cm high
Provenance: The owners parents lived in Hong Kong before 1940 when they purchased this vase, thence by family descent.
Typical minor imperfections, fine crackle to the glaze all over in manufacture, wear to the cranes legs, otherwise in good condition with no restoration chips or cracks detected.
