A CRIMEAN WAR FRENCH OFFICER'S PISTOL the brass butt plate and trigger guard with a brass ring on the barrel, the barrel is proof stamped 17.6 AN T D MTX 1822 - M1856.
The lock plate is stamped NEC Impal De Mutzig. The wooden handle has '446' stamped into it. The lock is tight at full and half and can be dry fired. 35.5cm long
The wood is in good condition and shows signs of normal wear; good overall condition and an attractive example
