Some binding wear, well rebacked, some worming - causing title damage to first 5 printed lines (virtually all readable), also (lesser) on next 3 leaves, stain across wide right hand corner of title and some early leaves, some later in text (heavier at end), but non-obscuring, few margnl. notes, nb. fol.no.Lxx not used - signature I correct, and catchword agrees with 2nd column printing (as in some other cases), fol.Lxxi; some count the f.page illus. as 3(?).
