A 1957 AJS 350cc motorcycle. Registration 83 KHK Frame number A56145 Engine number 57/16MS31945 First registered 03 06 1957. This private Cornish collection of motorbikes has been entered for sale by the family of the late collector. They have been dry stored in a container, and prior to this in a large garage/workshop. They were all running at some point during his ownership, although most have not been run in recent years, and none recently. We have not seen any running, although none appear to be seized. Turns over freely with compression.
Condition generally fair to good, with age related corrosion and oxidization.
Paintwork on oil tank and toolbox worn through.
Headlight minor reflector pitting.
Front tyre dry rotting.
Tank outer fair inner minor corrosion and lacquer residue.
Foot peg rubber dry rotted front right.
Seat has split as front and also cover detaching at rear.
Rear Tyre flat but seems sound.
Rear mudguard has dent.
