Austrian M1862 Pioneers Falchion Short Sword
18 inch, heavy set, single edged blade. One side flat. The reverse with large central fuller. Steel crossguard with ball ends. Crossguard numbered "1400". Large wooden slab side grips secured by four steel rivets. Contained in its steel mounted wooden scabbard. External steel with some heavy rusting. Leather to scabbard absent.
