A FIRST WORLD WAR STAR AND VICTORY MEDAL TO THE MANCHESTER REGIMENT. A 1914-15 Star named to 2794 Pte J. Morgan Manch R. and Victory Medal similarly named. James Morgan served with the 1/5th Battalion of the Manchester Regiment, also having number 200773. Whilst serving at Gallipoli he was recorded as wounded on the 7th August 1915 and entitled to a wound stripe and wounded a second time on the 14th May 1918 and entitled to a second stripe. *CR Ribbons tatty, surfaces slightly marked. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
