Third Reich Luftwaffe Officers Dress Sword & scabbard with hanger by Paul Weyersburg & Co of Solingen,
The pommel has a swastika to either side, both sides retaining the gilt, likewise the swastikas on the crossguard. The original blue leather grip is also fine with a still-tight double braided wire wrap.
The blade of this sword is excellent condition with the makers mark clearly stamped.
The leather on the scabbard is generally good with original leather and metal hanging clasp.
The blade measures approx 72cm, the overall length is approx 90cm
