19th Century gold heart shaped pendant set rubies and seed pearls, the pendant including loop, 2.9g, 25mm x 17mm
Some small dents to the rear of pendant, also signs of repair to rear. No hallmarks. One stone in loop looks like a replacement and maybe one stone in the pendant also. Two gem stones have chips, there are no diamonds in this piece
