A VICTORIAN SILVER-MOUNTED GLASS NOVELTY DECANTER
by John Grinsell & Sons, London 1896, in the form of a champagne bottle, the plain clear glass body mounted with a silver collar, the hinged cover in the form of a champagne cork. 34.5cm high
The marks are clear. There are two flea bites on the edge of the base and some dints in the silver collar. The hinged cover opens and closes well. The glass stopper has a couple of flea bites. There is no personalised engraving.
