A HALBERD, A PARTIZAN AND A SPONTOON

18th century, the first with tapering double-edged blade with circular piercing on both sides, with pierced crescentic axe-blade with hooked projections opposite and below (one hook with missing terminal); the second with broad tapering triangular blade pierced and engraved with an elaborate martial trophy surmounted by a classical figure brandishing a sword, with two upcurved lugs at the base;

and the third with leaf-shaped blade with stubby lugs; all on later wooden staffs of circular section (and rust patinated) and approx. 300cm long(3)
