Provenance, signatures on the bat obtained by Harvey Hodgson, director of Arsenal Football Club at the time for a Charity Auction, item purchased at the auction by the vendor's father, details of auction and a photograph of Harvey Hodgson as well as his funeral card accompany the bat.
