ROBERT WEBSTER, SALOP, LATE EIGHTEENTH CENTURY OAK LONGCASE CLOCK, the 11” brass dial with silvered chapter ring and date aperture to the signed centre, powered by a thirty hour movement striking on a bell and housed in a flat topped case with free standing fore columns, long, slender trunk door with shaped top and a base with cut-out bracket type feet, 82” (208.3cm) high C/R-top moulding to the left side of the hood split, splits to both sides of the trunk and another to the front of the base, full length, open, usual knocks, dents, rubbing and scratching etc
