A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE HEXAGONAL TEA CANISTER, QING DYNASTY

Decorated with flowers and birds as well as legends in rectangular panels, the three legends 'Lubu Xi Diaochan', 'Taoyuanming Ai Ju' and 'Wangxizhi Ai E', various flowers, fruits and butterflies on the shoulder and neck, on the original cover a symbol of Longevity 'Shou' flanked by flowers and butterflies, base mark 'Kangxi Nianzhi', height 15.5cm.
