A William IV walnut pole screen - the rectangular screen with incuse corners, holding a 19th century floral needlework, a label verso inscribed 'The work of Esther Swain, née Sla..?.., about 1850, my Great-Aunt, N.G.', on a lappet carved and turned baluster column to an incuse triform base with carved scroll feet, 139cm high.
