Two late 19th Century Mintons China Works 6 inch dust pressed tiles, transfer printed in brown over white with a stylised thrush perched on a blossoming branch and a goldcrest perched on a pine branch, from a series of designs by L.T Swetnam, both tiles mounted to a footed wooden frame, together with six tiles from the matching series depicting stylised birds in various settings, maker's marks verso and stamped subject numbers.
