Royal Engineers 1937/40 Pattern Battle Dress Jacket And Trousers
khaki woollen, single breasted, closed collar, short jacket. Lower extended belt. Pleated chest pockets with buttoned flaps. Both arms with embroidery "Royal Engineer" titles over Arm Of Service bars. Lower, left cuff with single Good Conduct chevron. Internal issue label dated 1942. Buttons replaced with larger period examples ... Khaki woollen, wide leg trousers. Right hip with patch first aid pocket. Left front leg with large patch pocket. The flap with exposed button. Label absent. Complete with period braces. Minor moth nips to both items.
