An Italian emerald and diamond 18ct gold ring, designed as a central rectangular step cut emerald measuring 7mm x 4.5mm x 3.4mm, bezel set to an oval panel milgrain set with diamonds, continuing to a plain polished tapering 18ct gold shank, size O, weight 9.2gms
Small chips, nibbles and abrasions to the facet edges of the emerald. Facets show scratching and wear commensurate with age and use. All diamonds are present and largely in good order, however a few of the diamonds show small chips and nibbles, and general scratching/wear commensurate with age and use. Settings appear to be in good order, stones secure. There is moderate thinning to the shank, around the base, and moderate scratching and wear, mostly concentrated around the base. No splitting, denting or signs of repair.
