An 18ct and platinum, sapphire and diamond ring, the middle sapphire measures approx 7.2mm x 6mm x 3.7mm, flanked by two 0.20ct brilliant cut diamonds. Finger size N1/2, weight 3.8gms
Slight marks of wear were noticed on the mount (under x10 magnification).
