A very fine late 18th century breakfront mahogany library secretaire bookcase; the dentil cornice above fluted frieze headed with roundels and further over four eleven-panel glazed doors with unusual central circular astragal glazing bars enclosing shelves, the lower section with fitted central secretaire drawer with pigeon-holes and varying sized drawers etc. and above flame veneered panelled doors enclosing slides and flanked by four further small drawers either side, raised on plinth base (approx. 228cm high x 52cm deepest x 187.5cm wide)
