French 1866 Pattern Chassepot Bayonet with single edged fullered blade 575mm in length, maker marked and dated to spine of blade 1869. Brass grip with working release catch. Overall length 695mm. Number to crossguard "A21657". Complete with scabbard with matching serial number "A21657".
