Former Bristol Zoo Gardens - the original c1930s 'American Soda Fountain' painted sign, as displayed at Bristol Zoo Gardens during the period, alongside the fountain. Wooden construction, painted black with white text. The painter being noted as Coombs & Co, Merchant St (Bristol). Old postcards show similar style signs by Coombs & Co in the Zoo c1931, notably on the Giraffe house. 153cm long x 48cm tall, 7cm deep.
