A rare mountaineer's KARABINER which was used by Sherpa Tenzing on the first successful ascent of Mount Everest. The Karabiner was presented to the Royal College of Climbing Club by Lord Hunt of Llanvair Waterdine, CBE, DSO, contained in a glazed box with sliding glass lid
