Railway. Infrastructure. Thirty two good quality prints, 8.5 x 8 inches, depicting railway operations, buildings, passengers, container handling and ships at Holyhead. The period depicted is variously 1953 and 1960, featuring unusual detail of containers used in the Irish traffic - side, top elevations etc. There is also a photocopy of an original description in "British Railway Illustrated" annual no.13, enables a full explanation of most of the images. Plus a photocopy of part of the 1924 25in Ordnance Survey map and an Irish Mail timetable. Copyright is not on offer. Sample illustrated.
