Auguste Moreau (French, 1834-1917). A bronze figure of a nude girl seated on a mound holding a book with birds at her feet, signed in the bronze, on later simulated marble plinth, overall height 45cm

Overall a light chocolate brown patination with old dirt marks and some oxidisation spots, signed on the side of the mound near the birds, plinth looks later, height without the plinth is 41cm.
