A 19th century walking stick, with an ivory handle in the form of a phrenology head, the gold plated mount stamped Brigg London, on an ebonised shaft, 91 cm

The ears and no do not appear to be chipped, some of the lettering if faded, there are crack lines, all of which is visible in the photos, as is a small hole which has been filled in at the base of the handle (this is between the right ear (or left as you look at this from the front)). The yellow coloured metal collar is not hallmarked and stamped BRIGG LONDON, some wear and rubbing to the shaft
