A collection of very rare antique British Indian Army related items to include a rare pair of rank slides for Chin Hills battalion (was the oldest surviving Burma infantry battalion), a set of 3x rare 17th Indian division formation sign cloth badges having a black cat design, a set of 6x very rare cloth shoulder titles for the Mahrattas infantry regiments, most likely the 117th division and a corded shoulder sash. The Chin Hills (Burma Rifles) battalion was a military police unit of the British army which served in Burma during WWII. Fascinating lot with Gurkha interest.
