Edward Bawden (British, 1903-1989), Lion and Zebras, linocut in colours, 1989, signed 'Edward Bawden' in pencil. Titled and numbered in pencil, print number 58/75. Image 38.5 x 47cm. With National Art Collections Fund certificate dated 30 October 1989. Stored in original tube. One of four linocuts commissioned by the National Art Collections Fund to mark Bawden's retrospective exhibition at the V&A in 1989. Some discolouration around the edges of print. Edward Bawden was an English painter, illustrator and graphic artist, known for his prints.
