A Pair of Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Stem Dishes, Qing Dynasty, 19th–20th Century.
Each shallow bowl is raised on a flaring hollow foot and painted in underglaze cobalt blue. The left dish features an elegant floral medallion with arabesque scrolls and stylised petals, while one dish is adorned with expressive calligraphic brushstrokes encircling the rim and floral elements at the centre.
