(faint toning) to England franked COGH 4d tied by "1" b/n with Cape Town cds on front and endorsed 'per Donald Currie line' and therefore the "CAPE-PACKET/PLYMOUTH" (on rear) applied in error and initially rated '6'(d) to pay deleted. Circular "8d" hs applied as apparently overweight and '4'(d) credit to COGH. Carried by the Edinburgh from Cape town to Dartmouth. Unusual.
