Good unissued die-stamped brass Sphinx on EGYPT surmounting SPECTEMUR AGENDO oval resting in laurel sprays; XXX to voided centre. (KK 472) Brass loops East & West. VGC 30th became 1st Battalion. The East Lancashire Regiment on Friday 1st July, 1881.
