1915 Star named Capt S H W Crawford R.Highrs. Served during the Boer War with 6th New Zealand Mounted Rifles. No 18 Coy Roll lists his Next of Kin as his Uncle Sir Homewood Crawford. Born Margate. WW1 he served as a Capt , then Major in the R.Highlanders / MGC. His medal card notes "Emblems". (1)
