CURSIVE HAND-STAMPS: 1829-54 study of secondary office (bureaux de distribution) cancellations, most covers with examples of the scarce ‘cursive’ hand-stamps with many elusive offices noted, mostly fair to very good strikes. Notable is an attractive 1849 wrapper with Ceres 20c showing v.fine strike of ‘24/Cour-/St Maurice’ on the reverse. (45)
