Europa" with red Liverpool UPP hs "1" (late usage); plus similar 3 Sept. 1857 tobacco EL to Virginia "Pr. Persia via New Y." unusually endorsed "Printed sheet" on the front with 1d Red 'stars' (light crease) just tied by "466" numeral having a red 1d Tax Stamp nicely placed on the top flap.
