WWII medal group for Midshipman J.H. Parbury Royal Navy consisting Defence medal, war medal, Burma Star with Pacific clasp and 39-45 star with matching ribbon bar and miniatures. Together with an extensive journal/scrapbook by Midshipman Parbury covering his service on HMS London from Jan 22nd 1944 to Feb 20th 1945 and service on HMAS Nepal Feb 21st 1945 onwards. Journal includes many interesting entries about his general life on ship, different country visitations, maps and sketches, world stamps etc. With associated photograph album showing many silver gelatin photographic prints of life on board and world wide shore leave.
