WW2 British hand written archive by Sgt. Fred Hesk MM, RAMC. Captured at Dunkirk and imprisoned in Stalag VIIIb Lamsdorf in Poland. There are 16 A4 ruled sheets of paper with hand written accounts of his capture and time as a PoW done sometime after the war. Additional hand written notes from a tour back to Poland 1982. Copies of Ex PoW Association newsletters from the 1980's. Copies of maps of Dunkirk. 5 pages of notes on medical treatments. Wife's death certificate and their marriage certificate. Copies of newspapers mentioning him or his comrades. One original wartime photo of Sgt Hesk MM and one group photo taken in the PoW Camp. All contained in a box file and folder.
