1961 POSB 2�d top marginal block of 4, all stamps missing the red background colour apart from very faint traces. Every stamp with black pen marks through them, presumably added by staff at Harrisons to denote these stamps should be destroyed but somehow they escaped. Spectacular & rare. (SG 623 var) (4)
