OUTGOING COVER VIA PLYMOUTH TO PORTUGAL DURING THE 'FALMOUTH PACKET MUTINY'; 16 Jan. 1811 EL from London to Oporto via Lisbon with fine red FOREIGN cds. Carried by the Duke of Marlborough which was delayed sailing from Plymouth due too the adverse weather conditions. This is one of only a handful of Packet Letters recorded during the 'Falmouth Mutiny' period (Nov. 1810 - Jan. 1811) routed via Plymouth.Cross Reference: PORTUGAL
