Royal Doulton 'Marriage Day' toby mug modelled by Harry Simeon circa 1910. The smiling face with the motto 'Marriage Day' when inverted becomes a frowning face with the motto 'After Marriage'. Salt glazed stoneware in browns, white and blue. Impressed Royal Doulton Lambeth England mark and number 8595 to base. H 9cm.
