A rare and genuine UK 1962 demonstration single of The Beatles' debut 7inch single. One of only 250 pressed and distributed to TV/radio stations and music press just prior to the record's release on October 5th 1962.Both sides misspell McCartney's name as 'McArtney' and run outs bear the 'ZT' purchase tax code. Matrix numbers are 7XCE 17144-1N & 7XCE 17145-1N. This has been play tested and reveals some light crackle but nothing major.
