First edition of the engravings in this beautiful edition of the comedies of Terence from the first half of the 16th century. Folio. 7, [1], 432, [40]

Condition: grubby to title and with ink annotation. General spotting in parts, but otherwise a good clean crisp example. Blind-stamp to title and bookplate to pastedown. In later 3/4 red Morocco over marbled boards. Re-backed, worn. 340mm x 230mm.
