Henry VIII (1509-1547), Testoon, third coinage, Tower mint, third crowned bust facing, no jewels to lower band of crown, rev. crowned Tudor rose between crowned h R, annulet on inner circle, sleeve stops both sides (1546), mm. pellet in annulet both sides, 7.12g, (S.2366, N.1841). Porous and discoloured in parts, reverse fine, obverse about very fine for this late debased issue with a good portrait, very rare with this bust
