A fine pair of Regence style stained beech and parcel gilt bergere armchairs - late 20th century, probably Italian, the scrolled backs with spiral reeded uprights with gilt brass foliate rosette terminals, over swept scroll arms, upholstered in striped and foliate banded silk with gold piped borders and loose seat cushion, over a deep rail with gilt brass floral and foliate scroll insets, raised on reeded, tapered legs with gilt bun feet, 71 cm wide, 95 cm high, 93 cm deep.
